Inspection was for multiple rooms in the next phase of the project. See city approved plans, sheets A2.2, A2.3 and A2.5 for the specific rooms and deficiencies. There are card readers and door magnets being installed. I contacted Nick with Synergy and Jason with AEI about IFC and IBC requirements for access controlled egress doors. Provide "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied" sticker at main entry/exits. Remove the dead bolt locks on all doors except the main entry/exit doors. Provide building address and suite numbers. Relocate fire hydrant so large outlet is accessible from the driveway. Paint curbing for fire dept. access per review note #11 and sheet A1.0.
