Verbal message to RP:
CLean up all gutter pans with the construction site of all sediment and debris including but not limited to the concrete residual.
Install a sediment barrier along the disturbed soil at the pnd arar to the south of the vertical construction.
Also provide storm drain inlet protection aat the storm drain located at the corner of Hiwatha and Gatewood. Will re-inspect on 7/28/10 PM.

Message to Wetlands Group:
1. Install a Stabilized construction exit over into the north west area at the lift station per industry standards.
2. Contact the city with updated RP information of a valid certified RP who will have day to day control of erosion and sediment control operations.
Failure to comply by 07/27/2010 will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 07/28/2010
