New washout for SFHs in phase was installed at west end of Bear Ridge as requested and utilized. Near 75% capacity and needs to be replaced this week.
No trackout or discharges. Old washout that was being used was cleaned/removed. Approved.

Parcel owned by McCown properties, which is building new house and owns lot with the hole. Will address corrections for hole during site preparation. A safety fence should be installed around perimeter.

Recent rains caused considerable erosion and sediment runoff, but the hillside affected has been re-tracked and wattles and sediment/drainage diversion trench has been constructed.
No trackout or dirt remaining in culdesace but private drain system on site has lot of mud and debris within that needs cleaning. RPC has recently built additional retaining walls within site that have further stabilized slopes.
WIP on landscaping, regrading, and wall placement. No immediate corrections issued.
