Fire sprinkler inspection complete, fire alarm inspection complete, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags, building knox box is located by the fire sprinkler riser room. Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete for TCO requested area's (Levels 1 and 2 of clubhouse, TCO authorized for life safety for 90 days per conversation with Scott Arellano) Doors exiting to pool area will be blocked to include exit signs over the doors. Temporary fencing will remain in place around the pool area until permanent fencing is installed.

Fire conference was for fire pump room access and egress, it is determined that the access to the fire pump room is adequate, no changes need to be made to current piping configuration on backflow preventer configuration. (Conference was with the Building Inspector Dave Hannah, Fire Inspector Supervisor Scott Arellano as well as installing contractor, Sam Ball)

No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags. Door hardware on south exterior exit door has been changed to single action door hardware. Lobby area is being called Phase 3, life fire safety for phase 3 to be completed at a later date. Life fire safety inspection for TCO requested area's passed/complete (Phase 1 and Phase 2 area's)
