-BW vent for water heater needs 1" clearances- orange spray foam needs to be removed along with any other sealer at floor and ceiling and manufacturers firestop needs to be put in place and ceiling and floor- metal ducting in crawl and attic need to be insulated
- flex runs in attic have rips that need fixed
-flex gas line in crawl needs more supports
