Heav y sediment laden water entering into watson creek from de-watering activities. Unclean water leaving site into wetland, logger creek and Boise River. Discussed with Lee at Sommer Const. (contractor). Issued verbal Stop Work Order for all de-watering activities or activities causing turbidity in water until a revised Erosion/Sediment Plan has been submitted to Boise City and approved. J.
