OH system modifications per the scope of work are good for cover, QR heads installed.

OH install is okay for cover, noted mixed heads at the registrars office to be matched.

Reinspection for areas B and D per plan sheet FP5 failed due to several deficient or missing items including overspaced upright at a utility room, missing seismic clearance or flex couplings at the 4" main NW corner of corridor D35, overspaced hanger at the vendors room, overspaced pendent off an adjacent wall corridor B01, painted head at the cafeteria soffit, painted heads at storage room C29, heads at the kitchen are still overspaced as noted per inspection completed 7/10, pendent head overspaced in corridor B06, head at the elevator equipment room is overspaced, exposed wood at the elevator lobby per note from inspection completed 7/10 is not yet protected or removed, concluded inspection at this time due to the excessive number of corrections. Also completed third final reinspection of areas J, I, E, and F classroom wings 1st and 2nd floors-NOTE: these areas passed. Per contractor, area A corrections are not finished at this time.

Reinspection for the basement level computer lab room passed rough-in, okay for cover at the drop ceilings.
