Dan with CM company stated that he would authorize the fire alarm company, AEI, to get a quick permit for the two duct smoke detectors that were originally included on the building shell fire alarm permit. Sam Rogers was also ok with this. Life safety is not to be finaled until this quick permit is aquired and the two duct detectors fully tested in the presence of the fire inspector.

Permit is finaled. I need as-builts showing that the duct smoke detectors on zone 6 are now part of the Elks Rehab project which is BLD08-01208 and not part of the shell fire alarm permit. This needs to be done since there is no power to the hvac units. This was also approved by Sam Rogers.
