Talked with RP over removing the asphalt berm on the east side of project. Due to the fact of blockng storm drain flow in the gutterpan. No colvert pipe was installed with it. Contsruct a proper construction entrance on the east end of the project where it shows on the plans. Protect the D. I. at the north east corner of project perimeter.
Will re-inspect on 8/6/08
