A temporary occupancy was given with scott arellano's permission until: Exit sign at front double door is repaired, ADA hardware for both restrooms, dead bolt removed from rear exit door, occupant load sign posted. Also per discussion with Lee and Scott the single ceiling mounted horn/strobe needs to be removed or additional devices provided. This work does require a permit.
