This inspection was for the tenant only. The fire alarm and fire sprinkler permits need finaling. Also the doors and hardware need to be installed for verification and the plans indicate the second exit out of the south side of the building through an egress corridor. The exit sign does not point the way and there has been a barrier installed. Per the contractor there is documentation coming that will allow the second exit through the back (west end) of the tenant.
