Trip test of dry pipe valve supplying sprinklers in the fitness area, including the are below the pool/spa. Also tested fire alarm interface including water flow, tampers, and low-air test - All tested OK. Following these tests, the system was put on a 2 hour hydrotest, which also passed.
NOTE: This completes the tests to all of the systems for the entire building. Final inspections are pending completion of Towers 3 and 4 areas.

Completion of the 24 hour air test of the the three dry pipe systems protecting the parking garage and fitness area. PASSED
Conducted a trip test of the two dry systems protecting the parking garage. The system to the north flowed at 90 seconds, while the system to the south flowed at 50 seconds.
Also tested fire alarm interface of these systems, including water flow, tampers, low-air, etc. All tested OK.

24 hour air test of four (4) dry pipe valves located in the U/G parking garage, including the water room, pump room and two systems supplying the north end PG. All measured 43 psi @ 11:30am. Will retest tomorrow - same time to ensure pass.
Also hydrotest - 200 psi @ 2 hrs - for dry pipe valve supplying two different hose valves in the PG. - PASSED
