Observed a significant amount of dust from demo project. Crew had water truck on site but was not applying any water while the tractor was crushing materials creating dust.

Requested that foreman increase water usage before and during crushing stuff. He agreed and direceted one of his employees to the hose.

Complaint received regarding unreasonable amount of dust blowing off the Terraces site into trailer park north of Warm Springs.

Inspection observations:
1. Dust crossing Warm Springs was visible all the way from Lucky 13 (Eckart & Warm Springs)
2. Water truck on site, but was not being used at time of inspection.

Verbal Warning issued to RP Preston Ellingford to increase water truck use or add an additional water truck to site. It may also be good to put a medium term dust suppresant or polymer on the main construction road. He stated the main issue is that the area between hospital facilities and the Greenbelt is being backfilled at the moment and the vehicle movement and dumping of dirt make dust control difficult.

Complaint about stockpiling without valid permit received via email.

The stockpile is owned by parcel owner and will be used for the upcoming Cantabria project to be start in late August or early September. No more large loads of dirt are scheduled to be added to existing amount.

Placement of stockpile is below grade of Overland and Cloverdale and over 50 ft from the canal, which also has an access road buffer and vegetation along bank.

BMPs per ESC plan will be setup prior to any construction activity with a Site Prep inspection to be conducted. Discussed project with Darin Thornton from Anderson Construction ###-####
