Inspection observations:
Hollandale has not been swept since previous verbal CN issued on 6/25. RP for Trilogy Development stated he would increase sweeping instead of a construction entrance, but did not comply.
Observations:
dirt and sediment from site on both sides of street. Slurry from concrete cutting is discharge to swale.
Corrections:
1. Clean DI bags
2. Sweep Hollandale from ditch to Heritage street on both sides
3. Comply by tomorrow 7/9/2014
Written CN posted at site. Called Syman ESC contractor and Trilogy Development.
Potential for SWO if corrections are disregarded.
