Paving and curbing has been completed and roundabout at Parkcenter and Warm Springs has been landscaped and open to the public. Disturbed areas south of Parkcenter on west end of project were hydroseed/tacified upon completion.
Landscaping the east side of project is now under way. No significant fugitive dust or discharges (ie muddy irrigation water) were observed. WIP, no corrections at this time.

Corrections needed:
1. Sweep gutter on west side of Auto drive. 2. Install sandbag sediment trap closer to construction entrance. 3. Do maintenance on DI bag on west side of Auto Drive
Note, Gratz Drive is being extended to Coles and there is quite a bit of loose dirt & sediment within the Auto Mall complex. No sediement or discharges leaving mall, DIs have inlet protection.

Pine Tree Village is near full completion of all phases. 3 detached townhomes on Pine Nut are all that are left.
To close ESC permit for phase, all temp BMPs (DI bags) should be removed after all loose materials and dirt have been swept and landscaping is also complete.
No violations at time of inspection. No spills or discharges observed, no trackout. Approved. Will continue to monitor until final ESC conditions are satisfied.
