The rough-in for the first floor is ok except for the sprinkler upright in the northwest corner, as marked on the plans, that is overspaced by being 7'10" off of the wall. Also there is no separation of nonsprinklered areas from the sprinklered areas as per NFPA 13 Chapter 8. I spoke to the general contractor Nick about this. It appears that he is going to install the separation instead of installing additional upright sprinklers. This will ave to be verified at the final.
