TCO authorized per conversation with Scott Arellano for stocking of shelves/employee training for 30 days, no public access under TCO. Emergency egress lighting tested/operational, fire extinguishers in place, exit signs noted on city approved plans are in place. Instructed general contractor the discharge landings need egress lighting installed, exit sign needs to be installed over doorway discharging from storage/cooler area to main floor, will verify at final tenant inspection.

Tested/inspected grocery outlet side of alarm system, panel is monitored/reporting to central station, devices connected to panel tested/passed. HVAC system still needs to be installed, duct detectors will need connected to fire panel. Horns/strobes passed/complete for inspection
