The hvac units would not go into heat mode for some reason so no test was performed for shut down. I had the electrical contractor update the map at the facp and the zone list in the facp.

Of all the sprinkler pendants in the room one of them is a standard responce where as the others are quick. Also three canopies are missing

Mike wanted the piping above the soffit to be inspected but I found that the 2 1/2" piping on the plan is actually 3" piping in the field. Also it appears the piping running back to the riser may be a different size. Also per the fire sprinkler contractor alot of heads have added and as-builts have been submitted but this main size issue has not been reflected on the as-built plans.

The plans do not match the installation. For example the riser has been relocated 15' south and two additional rooms have been added to the building which will cause the remote area to be moved to the south. The backflow device installed is not what was submitted. Additional hangers are required. The riser has been installed as cpvc and does not meet the installation requirements of cpvc installation. The plans show the riser to be sch 40 galv. Plans need to be resubmitted. I only looked at the south most building before stopping the inspection
