Pendant heads and upright heads are located too close to one another in two locations as marked on the plans. The dry pendants need to be foamed. Remove tape/paper from the upright heads. The control valve to the anti-freeze system has been shut for an unknown reason. The sprinkler heads SIN number installed does not match what was submitted. Information needs to be submitted for the change.

Sprinkler piping can not be covered. Two pendant heads have not been changed to the quick responce type, one changed head is leaking water on the floor, the remains of full height walls are blocking upright sprinkler heads in two locations, I need access to the riser room and above room 131 to verify upright sprinkler coverage, system needs to be hydro tested and the existing insulation that is located at the roof deck is hanging down and blocking upright sprinkler heads in several locations. See the redlined city approved plans.

Life safety has passed in area "C" first and second floors. To final this building the signage needs to be provided at the fire control room doors and the fire alarm permit finaled.
