The job site approved plan set was not on the job site. A strobe in the first floor area as marked on the plans is blocked by walls. There are many strobes on the second floor that are overspaced. The fire alarm contractor needs to review the spacing on all of the second floor strobes for code compliance. I pointed out a note on the review comments about the minimum voltage allowed from the fire alarm panel that is to be verified prior to my next inspection. Also plans need to be resubmitted showing the door magnets (access controlled egress doors) and their interconnection to the FACP. Basically no testing was performed.
