Re-inspected 8/13: Still need to review approved ESC plan; berm looks good but needs extended to the east around the stockpile and to the west to capture runoff from the makeshift channel along property line. Noted existing illicit washout south of the existing disturbance around the wellhead - Note this is not from current construction.

John owns all 8 lots within this development. Discussed ESC requirements for all 8. ESC sign needs posted at entrance to each lot. Gave John 1 sign at time of site prep. John to install silt fence on western perimeter. John to install stabilized exits for each lot exiting onto Barber. Site will have one centralized washout pit for all eight lots. Discussed requirement to provide washout for paint and stucco. Storm drains are still protection from development.
