Terraces is still in progress. Most work is on the east end of the project. The condo units are complete, landscaped and many are occupied.

Silt fence lining southern boundary was removed and a permanent stormwater control (rocky swale) has been installed and surrounding area landscaped.

No trackout, gutters around site are free of significant amounts of trackout. No corrections issued, site is in good condition currently.

Hayden Homes has recently cleaned streets and emptied out DI bags. SFH sites are clean with permits posted.

Next inspection will request for removal silt fence along the south side of 5-miles creek since there is no construction abutting that bank and it is stabilized.

Also will work on enforcing application to suppress fugitive dust caused by wind in areas that are not going to be built out within 2 weeks.
