Met RP on site 1:00 PM. Reviewed permit conditions with RP and conducted site inspection of area with RP. Also reviewed requirements for washout containment. Property consists of unstabilized land outside of project area not apart of construction. Current landowner purchased property as is. Project area has been stabilized with road base and concrete floor.
