City approved plans and data sheets were on site but no review comments. I noted alot of smoke detectors located too close to air grills, atleast on strobe is overspaced in the southwest corner of the second floor, the plans indicate two phone lines but one IP line has been installed instead. Plans need to be resubmitted showing the actual installation including battery backup, equipment used and wiring arrangements for the actual installation. No testing of devices have been performed due to the above issues.

The scope of work and the plans indicate max storage height of 12'.The racks on the south side of the warehouse have a top shelf installed at 12' so the potential for storage exceeding 12' is provided. The racks on the north side of the warehouse are closer to 20' in height. Plans need to be resubmitted for high piled storage. Also the racks at the south wall have been reduced in lenght.
