In 1 bed units there 2 recepts that need replaced with GFI's, 6' from kitch sink. 2 bed units is 1 GFI needing installed, spark rings also. NO move in of furniture or other equiptment. I will need full access to all walls in all units. Will check these units for GFI's on next inspection.

Micha Phone #: ###-#### Ok final. 400a, 2-2 pole 200a brkrs feeding 2 subpanels. A new 200a disc was installed outside for panel B. Panel B's brkr feeds disc off load side. This was the only way to do a line side connection as connections would have been inside meter base and not accessible. All labeling and fittings installed.

Employee contacted me that morning asking to meet onsite for inspection. During inspection he told me that he was not a licensed individual. He was the person that took care of permits for the area (Jeff). From here on out, if a non-licensed individual is sent out for the inspection, it will be a double fee and a fail. The same goes for proper contact info of person or persons that did the work.
