Discussed with the RP over the final landscape provisions of the project to meet final stabilization requirements. He explained on the slope back behind the retaining wall they will placing "Perma Bark" that is an acceptable stabilization practice. Also to prevent drainage from the lot to the slope the will be extending the North West side of the wall to keep any drainage from traveling off of the lot and impacting the lots below. Informed the complaintee of the conversation with the RP.
