Grading is not complete, but $1000.00 bond has been submitted for incomplete work. Final grading in rear yard is not complete. Grading plan must be revised to indicate where a retaining wall will be built around patio. Also revised site plan must indicate as built location of the driveway so that planning and zoning can ensure it can be approved.
