I went over typical life safety comments with the property manager such as fire extinguishers, door hardware and exit signs/emergency light requirements. I could not do an inspection because there were no approved plans on site.
FIR09-00281 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro8/17/20098/18/20098/19/2009 7:13:20 AMAPASS

FIR07-01032 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in8/18/20098/18/20098/19/2009 7:12:16 AMPPASS
The sprinkler piping in the kitchen area can be covered.
BLD07-01834 FIRE-Final Inspection8/17/20098/18/20098/19/2009 7:10:51 AMAFAIL
This inspection was for the kitchen area. Life safety was not performed because the project was not ready.
FIR09-00460 INSP-Final Inspection8/17/20098/18/20098/18/2009 12:29:08 PMAPASS
The hood suppression system functioned correctly.
FIR09-00033 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in8/14/20098/18/20098/18/2009 12:28:34 PMAPASS
Rough-in passed for systems 21 and 22. One upright head on system 21 is blocked by a 2 x4 and is noted on the plans. I also spoke to Jeff Packham about the additional 90 elbows that have been added in the remote area of system 22. He is going to verify that it does not adversly effect the system hydraulic calculations.
FIR09-00463 INSP-Final Inspection8/17/20098/18/20098/18/2009 12:23:41 PMAFAIL
Inspection was for a rough-in since the ceiling tile had not been installed. One hanger on the upper level needs to be attached to the top chord of the truss instead of the bottom chord. Also Tim Frost is ok with the extended coverage head being used for 10' x 10' spacing. Piping is ok to cover.
