Met RP Noah onsite. Project is at the rear of the existing building. Stockpiles are to be off-hauled once foundation (slab on grade) is dug, will protect stockpiles if left onsite.
Nearest downstream MS4 DI is on 6th street and Franklin. Sheet flow goes to alley and landscaped area next to project. Permit posted on fence. Construction will begin tomorrow.
