Fire alarm system field testing completed however reciept of signals could not be verifed due to lack of account monitoring set up, need to complete NFPA 72 inspection and testing forms including a list of singals prior to final, provide plans reflecting field changes including deleted notification devices, deleted elevator hoistway detectors, changed battery to 18 AH, provide accurate map at the panel, post signage at the door to the FACP room, change descriptor at riser #2 to read "antifreeze system", need to test main door mag lock interconnection to the fire alarm when finished.
