WIP. Last Hunter Home on Barnside block yet to be completed or landscaped. No issues at site, no trackout or discharges.
After completion, will have Hunter clean up sand and sediment at DI filter bags and have bags removed. For now they should stay in place.

RP-GC on site meeting. Project will occur behind active project ESC15-00344 (same builder). Construction entrance installed, permit sign is posted. Small sweeper unit available for any trackout.
Lot is reclaimed land and fill and was formerly a gravel pit. The surfcace drainage ponds in the middle of the lot and infiltrates at a high rate.
Lined concrete washout pit to be installed between buildings.
Aprroved for construction.
