As per the previous inspection, all the rubber flexible couplings were replaced with more appropriate PVC unions; a cleanout Tee was added right downstream to the outlet of the furnace exhaust. The vent piping was pressurized at 5 psig for more than 48h without any change in the gauge. The threaded test plug in the cleanout Tee and the pressure gauge, along with the air compressor will be available for a live test. As in previous occasions, call Tona at ###-#### or Nicole at ###-#### about 25 minutes before to drive to the condo.
