Plans do not match what is installed. Need to add Telguard DACT to plans. Telguard does not annunciate troubles locally. Power transformer for Telguard and wiring to transformer is not protected and is exposed. Need to install transformer cover box per documentation. Need to verify outlet transformer is plugged into is on a dedicated circuit.

Tested gas detection. Unable to verify 25% pre-alarm shown on plans. 50% annunciates gas detection alarms as well as fire alarm

Please fix deficiancies noted above and pre-test before calling in for final.
