Discussed final and temporary stabilization methods with Randy of Knife River. Informed Randy that to file the NOT with EPA that final stabilization must be achieved and for temporary stabilization area will need to continue with inspections until final by EPA definitions (CGP) has been completed, e.x. 70% top growth, wash rock, etc. Also outlined the correct methods for stablizing swales and RECP, e.x. soil amendments, seed, blanket then moisture to ensure growth.
