Fire alarm system test for a new charter school. Tested all initiating devices, including SDs, DDs, MP,s tamper, etc, and notification throughout the building. All devices tested OK. Offsite monitoring confimed, however system will not be put into service until the fire sprinkler system is ready to be put into service.

Witnessed hydrostatic test of above ground system (200 psi @ 2 ours) - PASSED
NOTE: FS U/G supply line installed but not hydrotested yet - scheduled for tomorrow 8/22. Following hydro and flush, connection to A/G system will be made and the system put into service.

Final inspection for Tower 3 section of the building for all floors. Noted a couple of sprinklers that needed finish trim installed, and these were corrected before end of inspection. Tower 3 final passed.

Exit sigage and emergency egress lighting for JUMP building, including A/G parking structure, Helix, and associated rooms that make up the JUMP bldg. Test was performed off of generator. All areas tested OK, except as follows;
1. Install exit signs at center stairs (2) in parking structure to clarify exit stairs
2. parking structure level 1 - west side lights not working.
3. Exit signs and EM lights nt working for level 2 office area.'
4.Stair A03B not lit - still under construction.
5. 5th floor kitchen area not lighted.
6.restrooms at multipurpose room not lit.
7. 4th floor frieght elevator lobby not lit.
8. Mech. mezzanine at Inspiration room not lighted.
9. Temp exit signs needed at grade level to direct personnel to exit gates, that are still not present.
10. Egress lighting along east exits not complete yet.
