Contacted rp--Bare ground needs stablization meaures. Sediment barriers needed at misc. locations. Detention basins on downhill slopes needed to provide continency for rain events. Requested rp to review plan in regards for measures to prevent erosion/sediment problems and to call me back.

T. Records had placed a stop work based on no erosion control measures being installed prior to earth disturbing activities. Partial placement of bmp's were being installed at time of inpsection.
