OH rough-in at the remodeled conference and office space areas are good for cover at the drop ceilings.

The main school FACP is out of service and awaiting parts for repair, scheduled for next Tuesday. Meantime the FD (Mark Senteno) has approved a fire watch system in lieu of fire alarm coverage for the main building and the detached portable buildings to be occupied for school occupancy starting Monday 8/25/08. The custodians have been instructed to make at least hourly rounds through all areas of the building on a 24/7 basis, with records of rounds kept; the school administration will use the PA system for notification in the event of a fire emergency, following existing emergency notification procedures. Parts are expected to be installed and the FACP and main building alarm system back in service by Tuesday, 8/27/08. Alarm service for this portable builidng should be provided at the same time or the 24/7 watch service continued for it.

The four additional heads added per plan modification are not installed-need to provide drop ceiling and pendents per plan or upright sprinklers to maintain coverage throughout.
