Sprinkler pendants in backroom are overspaced and spaced too close in one spot. Sprinkler work will require permits. Provide approved door hardware on all doors per review note #22. Must unlock in a single motion. Remove deadbolt on the rear door. Building floor plans do not match what is installed. Resubmit plans, 2 copies, to city of boise. Reviewer is Dan Stuart, ###-####. Remove plastic exit signs. Provide verification HVAC unit has duct smoke detector per fire review note #35 and test 8/23/2004 4:19:12 PM
