See the city approved plans for locations where the sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Todays area was in the south east corner of the building. One head, as marked on the plans, needs to be relocated or another pendant added due to a soffit obstruction.

Life safety passed. Andrea was going to have the next door locksmith remove the thumbturn deadbolt and replace it with keyed on the egress side before the building inspector arrives.

The sprinkler piping in the master bath can now be covered. I let the sprinkler contractor know that the outside alarm bell can not be installed where the builder currently has it located. It needs to be located on the front of the house or relocated to the east end of the house which is closer to the street. Tim Frost was going to contact the builder and let him know this same information.

Provide annual inspection for the fire sprinkler system. Repair the Comm troubles on the fire alarm panel. Repair the two emergency lights and one exit sign at the north end of the tenant space.
