todays inspection was for the Lube Bay and the Service Shop expansion. The life safety will be complete in the Lube Bay when an additional fire extinguisher is provided in the pit and the car wash and the fire door linkages have been installed and tested. The Service Shop life safety needs the fire doors addressed and exit signs, emergency lights and exit discharge lighting provided. This is based on the occupant load exceeding 29 people. See IFC table 1021.2, and 1006.1.
The Lexus drive through is complete as well and can be used.

Sprinkler work in the lube bay expansion and the Service Shop expansion is complete except for as-builts showing the re-routing of mains. Also the Lexus drive through/canopy fire sprinkler system is now active so it can be used for driving through.
