WIP on grading and earth moving. Observed dust plumes crossing project boundaries and no dust control water truck operating.

Discovered water truck was on site waiting for a flat tire repair, buit was operating previously.

Issued warning to RP Jerry to control dust and get the truck fixed ASAP. Remindinged him of ESC permit conditions. Will check site tomorrow for water truck in action.

Permit sign posted at entrance. RP onsite with ESC site map. All existing DIs (private & MS4) have inlet bags installed. Other BMPs include perimeter silt fence and rock construction entrance. Approved for excavation. Concrete washout to be installed prior to concrete work.

ESC BMPs are installed and sites are generally clean. Issued one request to Tahoe Homes RP Joey/Clint:

- conduct training with sub-contractors & other workers to improve house-cleaning and trash. Numerous cigarette butts and other small pieces of litter are found around storm drain inlets in the alley behind town homes.
- conduct litter pickup at least once a week in alleys and gutters.

Will check for improvement on next BLVD townhome inspection
