Went over the phase of the project with the RP. Allowing that filt ter fabric be allowed within the storm drain inlet on the interior of the project during the time of paving occurs. Once paving is complete and cured, that an approved storm drain inlet protection is required. At the lasted of 8/27/09, all storm drain inlets must be protected with an approved method.

Told the RP that he must comply with federal regulations per the CGP and make sure that he can generate the narritive of his ECS plan on 8/28/09 AM. Will re-inspect on 8/28/09 AM.

Message to RP:
Install a sediment barrier along the front of lots, due to the fact of slope to the access pave area is over a 2% grade slope. Will be re-inspected on 8/27/09 AM.
