Perimeter control fixed but still has trackout/sediment on road due to not using a stabilized access point to yard. Kiddie pool washout staged at edge of yard within 50 feet to storm drain and has holes in the bottom. All liquid was hardened. Washout pool needs to be disposed of ASAP. Left message for RP

Many of vacant lot have not been stabilized since the completion of the land development phase. the time has exceeded the 14 day period of the EPA requirements. Will discuss with upper management over the violation for corrective actions needed.
