Sub-panel associated with building O reported to clubhouse fire panel with proper address identification for devices. Monitored heat tape will be installed at a later date to prevent fire sprinkler piping that crosses the breezeway on each level from freezing. Fire alarm permit can be finaled after freezing prevention has been installed/inspected and passed. A 60 dy TCO is authorized per conversation with Scott Arellano.
