680.27(C)- Heaters shall not be located with in 5' horizontal of inside edge of tub.
680.43(A)- All 120 volt 15 and 20 amp receptacle outlets shall be more than 6' from inside edge of hot tub.
680.43(B)- Lighting outlets located above or with in 5' horizontal of inside edge with GFCI protection shall not be with in 7'6" of waters edge. exception- recessed or surface mounted non-metallic or metallic with metallic isolated from contact permited below 7'6" if plastic or glass lense globe, GFCI protected, and damp location rated.
680.43(C)- Switches shall not be located with in 5' measured horizontal from inside edge of hot tub.
Discussed exhaust fan located below deck shall not need horizontal clearance due to barrier however bonding and GFCI protection required.
