FIR09-00164 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro8/25/20098/25/20098/25/2009 4:04:40 PMPPASS
The sprinkler piping in the interstitial space and the attic area passed inspection. Steve and I noted several chase doors that will need to be removed/permanantly closed that are obstructing attic sprinklers. Several shipping caps had been left on the uprights and steve will go through the system and re-verify that all have been removed. Viking was in the process of lenghtening several sprig ups and providing additional hangers at arm-overs in the interstitial space.

FIR09-00451 INSP-Final Inspection8/25/20098/25/20098/25/2009 3:58:47 PMPFAIL
None of the items tested passed due to the monitoring station not receiving the correct signals. All of the items tested today will need to be retested. Also several of the hvac units/duct smoke detectors could not be tested due to the gas meter being locked. Also Allied General was not complete with the releasing system that is interconnected with this new panel.

FIR09-00343 INSP-Final Inspection8/24/20098/25/20098/25/2009 8:43:33 AMAFAIL
The smoke detector closest to the entry door needs to be relocated atleast 3' from the supply register and test for functionality. All other items tested ok. The operation sequence for the releasing panel had to be changed as I waited so that only one initiating device is required to trip the pre-action system.
