1 Correction:
1. Warm Springs road closure has led to trackout onto Old Hickory since trucks and equipment are now using that entrance/exit. Need to sweep out track out and install stabilized tracking pad if that access point is to be used.

Somerset Ridge #5 home in good condition with no sediment runoff after storm. Previously installed perimeter wattles and preservation of vegetation on the bank is effective.
1. Concrete man washed out on adajenct lot. Needs to be cleaned.
Was on site for home down (2650 N Heavens Way) street with irrigation carrying sediment off lot. Met builder and homeowner to discuss BMP for sediment containment. Work should be complete at end of the day tomorrow.

Corrections required after last night's precipitation. Most BMPs were effective, but there were some breaches over straw wattles.
1. Some sediment runoff from area above culdesac has flowed into DI on Sand Dune.
2. Sediment also accumulated at main DI on Crestline. Need to maintain DI bag and shovel/remove collected sediment.
Need to get schedule of stabilization or construction for bare ground.
