Inspection was actually a conference with the owner. We went over life/safety requirements which included door hardware, emergency lighting, exit signs, rated doors and smoke seals. Plan reviewer missed the exit discharge lighting so I notified the owner it would be require (plan reviewer verified this), also additional walls have been built in two of the tenant spaces. Per plan reviewer its structurals call on resubmittals 8/26/2004 4:23:58 PM

hvac unit at point 74 did not shutdown. Could not get unit at point 75 to start. Kitchen door does not latch. Flow switch at point 489 did not operate within 90 seconds. Still need to connect hood (point reports), the remaining duct smoke detectors and sprinkler risers and all of the items listed above that didn't work the first time 8/26/2004 3:45:56 PM
