Rocket Wash carwash is in progress. Building structure is erect, but site has to be built up. Permint sign and SWPPP info located at construciton entrance on Cloverdale. No trackout or discharges, no water truck seen on site, but no fugitive dust issues observed and no complaints have been received. Site has restricted access on Fairview with no dirt or trackout able to leave site to the north. Lined concrete washout pit has been utilized for the work.

Dust complaint received for Cantabria Development.

Landscaping crews are on site finishing open area landscaping. Majority of the 22 4 plexes are complete, many are even occupied by tenants. WIP.

No dust plumes observed leaving site, but with landscapers potentially using dust blowers the complaint could be valid. Notified RP Ken to instruct those using blowers to sweep up larger piles and blows dust toward Overland.

Also notified Ken to remember to remove all temporary BMPs (inlet filter bags on Overland and Cloverdale, silt fence along canal) when work is complete.

1. Install DI bags for future construction on the two inlets and Abrams and Freewater.
2. Clean up old concrete washout. Pick up miscellaneous concrete chunks left on open parcel.

Site prep inspection conducted with site pre-grading/grubbing on ESC15-00822. No significant trackout or loose sediment leaving site at new Holiday Inn, but very few BMPs installed around site. It is flat with limited MS4 infrastructure surrounding area.

Need to install constrution entrance and some more significant perimeter controls. Will schedule meeting with RP Bob to discuss what controls are need. Permit information located in job trailer.

No construction activity in Somerset 3. Site is being actively monitored and BMPs maintained. Some additional wattles have been recently installed on the uphill side of the culdesac and DI bags have been emptied and re-installed. No corrections issued.

3 active SFHs in Somerset Ridge. Streets and gutters are clean, no discharges, loose sediment, or other materials . Trash is being contained. DI bags are installed.

Since subdivision was graded many years ago, cut hills have vegetated and are stable. Empty lots have perimeter wattles installed at driveway aprons to contain sediment runoff. No corrections at this time.

Meeting with RP and excavator onsite. Perimeter BMPs (straw wattles) are installed. Requested that downslope wattles be trenched into the ground by the end of the week. A orange construction fence has been installed at the bottom clearing limits to preserve perimter vegetation. Rock retaining wall already installed by homeowner and RPC.

Lined cement washtut and construction entrance installed next to ESC permit sign.

Approved to start excavation, will check for wattle trenching next inspection.
