Provide approved hardware for both of the restroom doors. Remove the thumbturn locks from the main exit. Keyed hardware is allowed on the egress side if the sticker is provided or remove the whole thumbturn assembley.

This inspection and permit number is for the west side of the shell building. It does not include the tenant improvement. This portion of the shell has been passed. I notified the contractor that he will need the city approved tenant improvement drawings on site and an inspection called in for that portion. The exit signs and emergency lights did not work either.
